Background

Formulate2 maintains an internal update history that allows the program to verify it's status by querying the update server. The program will not automatically re-install an already installed update. If it becomes necessary to re-install a maintenance update you may do so quite easily by following the instructions below.

Accessing Your Update History

You may access the update history of your Formulate2 installation by selecting Maintenance & Registration from the Other menu as shown in the image below.

When Maintenance Utilities is displayed,select Update History from the Updates menu.

Editing the Update History

When the update history form is displayed, click on the most recent update entry to select it then click on the Remove button and when prompted, confirm that you want to remove the entry. Next, click on the Save button to save the change in the history and click on the Exit button.

At this point you can use the "Check for Update" option in the Updates menu to check for the update. Since you've removed the most recent entry from the update history, Formulate2 will now allow you to download and re-installed the update.
