Auto Cursor Return

Dairy Ration Software and Auto Cursor Return

Occasionally there are little things in life that, despite their relative relationship to other things, seem to make a difference well beyond their apparent significance.

As a feature of dairy ration software, Auto cursor return is one of those little things.

If you've every been distracted from something on which you've been attempting to focus your attention and found, when you were finally able to return to the task, that you can't recall where you were or exactly what was going on - then auto cursor return will become a welcome companion.

Formulating rations while facing an approaching deadline is not a time to be encumbered with remembering things your ration software should be tacking for you. When working with Formulate2 dairy ration software and editing data in either the Feed or Ration record forms, you can toggle between the two forms and Formulate2 will "remember" what record you were working with, what tab of the form was active, what field item you were working with and automatically place the cursor in the appropriate place on both record forms when either is accessed.

Ration software with an interactive "memory" of your recent actions is a real boost to productivity when formulating rations.

And what is true of toggling between forms is also true within the form. The ration record form has five tabs. Formulate2 memorizes what you do on each tab and will automatically restore the cursor to the appropriate field when any given tab of the record form is clicked on. In this manner the software becomes synergistic in its interaction with the dairy ration formulation process.

Here's How It Works ...

As you use formulate rations you can move back and forth between the two forms as often as you like and Formulate2 will always return you to the correct record and the cursor will always return to the last item with which you were working. Additionally, any tab of the ration record form you've worked on will also be memorized and function in the same manner.
